Data collected and legal bases

Contact and consulting form : name, professional email, company, message.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to your request).
Data required to process your request.
Appointment booking (Cal.eu) : name, email, chosen time slot.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures.
Data required to schedule the appointment.
Training (Schoolmaker) : name, email, payment data (processed by Stripe).
Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.

Browsing : anonymized data (no third-party cookies).

Audience measurement

We use Umami, a self-hosted audience measurement tool on OVHcloud. It provides aggregate audience measurement. Umami records URLs without query parameters or hashes, respects the Do Not Track (DNT) signal, and is restricted to production domains automatiseoffice.com and www.automatiseoffice.com. We also measure booking and checkout-start clicks, plus successful contact and resource-request form submissions. Form contents, names, and email addresses are never sent to Umami. We also use Umami session replays and heatmaps to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation. Replays last at most five minutes, with strict text and input masking; forms are excluded from snapshots. Page URLs may appear in recordings, unlike the stripped URLs used for audience measurement. Google Analytics remains in use. Adding Umami adds no new advertising pixel or third-party advertising cookie.

Data recipients

Your data is never sold. We only share it with these providers:

OVHcloud (hosting) — France / EU
Schoolmaker (training) — France / EU
Stripe (payments) — EU, transfers to the US governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Cal.eu (appointments) — EU

Transfers outside the EU

Stripe may transfer data to the US. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Data retention

Contact/consulting data: 3 years after the last exchange.
Training data: duration of training access + 3 years.
Payment data: legal accounting retention period (10 years).
Browsing data: 13 months maximum.
