Your data is never sold. We only share it with these providers:

OVHcloud (hosting) — France / EU
Schoolmaker (training) — France / EU
Stripe (payments) — EU, transfers to the US governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Cal.eu (appointments) — EU

Transfers outside the EU

Stripe may transfer data to the US. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Data retention

Contact/consulting data: 3 years after the last exchange.
Training data: duration of training access + 3 years.
Payment data: legal accounting retention period (10 years).
Browsing data: 13 months maximum.
