2. Purpose
These Terms apply to the sale of the online training 'SAP Automation' by AutomatiseOffice, accessible on Schoolmaker.
3. Price and payment
- Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
- Payment is made online via Stripe or by bank transfer. Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, payment in 1x, 2x or 3x installments.
- The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or the first installment for split payments).
4. Access to the training
Access to the training is granted immediately after payment confirmation, via the Schoolmaker platform. Access is personal, non-transferable and unlimited (lifetime access).
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, if you have expressly consented to access the digital content before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal, it can no longer be exercised.
AutomatiseOffice additionally offers a commercial '30-day money-back guarantee': if the training does not suit you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting contact@automatiseoffice.com.
Withdrawal form
To exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal 14-day period, send an email to contact@automatiseoffice.com stating: your name, date of purchase, and your wish to withdraw. The refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
6. Legal guarantees
In accordance with Articles L.224-25-1 to L.224-25-32 of the French Consumer Code, the training (digital content) benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect of conformity found within 2 years of delivery, you may obtain rectification or, failing that, a price reduction or refund.

7. Liability
Results depend on the buyer's application of the methods taught. AutomatiseOffice is not responsible for individual results.
8. Intellectual property
All training content (videos, documents, Excel files, cheat sheets) is the exclusive property of AutomatiseOffice. Any reproduction, sharing or resale is strictly prohibited.
9. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, you may use the free mediation service: CNPM — MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION (https://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu). You may also file a complaint on the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
